Your family will love the Barrett Orchards’ Big Red Barn. Grab a pail and find some of the best cherries on their farm! They have a great variety of cherries to pick such as Bing, Lapin, Skeena, Rainier, Royal Ann, Lambert and Sweetheart. They also host the annual Cherry Festival.

#2 Bill’s Berry Farm

Bill’s Berry Farm is a small family farm located in the Yakima Valley of eastern Washington. They offer a Farm Fresh Produce and Family Fun program that is great for the entire family. After a busy day of picking, enjoy a picnic under shaded trees while the kids play on their two playgrounds. Reservations are highly encouraged so call before to make an appointment.

#3 Cherry Hill

Cherry Hill is a family-owned farm located just 20 minutes north of Spokane, Washington. Cherry Hill is committed to modern and environmentally friendly growing practices that protect your families while preserving the soil. A visit here will get you a chance to pick Green Bluff Bing Cherries, Rainier Cherries and Pie Cherries. Their cherry trees are also trimmed low so that kids can pick cherries easily. July is the best time to visit Cherry Hill. Check the website or give them a call before you head over to the orchard.

#4 Hauck’s Orchard

Since 1987, Hauck’s has been a family owned and operated orchard. They pride themselves on the use of eco-friendly and organic practices in growing and maintaining their orchard. The best time to visit is in June and July, where their crop is the sweetest for u-pick.

#5 Stutzman Ranch

Stutzman Ranch is a 100-year-old family farm and hosts cherry u-picking daily between the hours of 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. It costs $5 per adult to enter the orchard and children 12 and under are free to visit. Be on the lookout for farm animals as they romp around the orchard while u-pick!
